Where is JPod Made?
JPods are made in the USA. Even our aluminum is extruded in the USA! JPods are designed, engineered and fabricated in Las Vegas, NV. For more information about our manufacturing, click here.

What installation options do you offer?
JPods offer white glove installation or managed installation— where a representative from JPod will be onsite to train and manage your own labor for installation.
What tools will I need for assembly?
A T30 Torx, socket wrench, screwdriver/drill, level and ladder are needed for installation. At minimum, we recommend a team of two installers who are able to lift 100 lbs together.
How long does it take to set-up?
Installation time varies upon the model and add-ons. Our booths utilize an innovative locking wall assembly that requires minimal tools and creates a robust structure. Based upon a team of two installers, estimate an installation time of 1-3 hours per pod. But contact a sales representative today for an accurate quote on your project.
Is JPod soundproof?
JPod has been efficiently designed with acoustic properties in mind. The walls are built with acoustic fill that block a wide range of sound frequencies. Inside, the booth is finished with acoustic panels, which helps absorbs sound and provides an acoustically sound experience.
Is there ventilation in the booth?
Powerful, yet, quiet fans built into JPod ceilings replace air inside the pods every minute, providing air circulation for a pleasant experience.
Will I need an electrician?
JPods are designed to be plug-and-play. No electricians nor contractors required. Once assembled, the Cubicall plugs into any standard 3-prong 120v outlet. However, depending on the specifications of your pod and local ordinances, your set up may require an electrician.
Are sprinklers/fire suppression system required?
Every city/county has its own local rules. It is important to check with the local authorities to ensure the product installation meets your local requirements. JPods are designed with sprinkler-ready knock outs which will accommodate sprinklers or suppression systems.
Are seismic brackets required?
Every city/county has its own local rules. It is important to check with the local authorities to ensure the product installation meets your local requirements. For seismic considerations, the building’s Structural Engineer of Record (SEOR) should be consulted. Seismic structural analysis report prepared by a licensed professional engineer may be required for specific locations. JPod can install seismic brackets, if required.

What is your warranty?
JPod is protected by a limited warranty, which covers all manufacturing defects due to faulty material or workmanship under normal conditions of use for two years from date of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to breakage from normal wear or use, including light bulbs, glass panes, metal parts, leather or vinyl seats, scratches, dents, and dings or any other damage which has occurred as a result of negligence, unauthorized set-up or service. In case of defects covered by the warranty, Cubicall is limited to replacement or repair at the sole discretion of JPod and does not include labor cost to remove or replace any product or part.
DAMAGES
Note: Please inspect the pallet at arrival. If there is noticeable damage, please note this on the Bill of Lading and contact Cubicall at 818-319-4200 immediately, before the delivery truck leaves your premises. Take a photo of the state of the pallet and any visible damage and/or missing items.
Keep all packaging (pallets, boxes, bubble wrap, etc.) if items are received damaged. Insurance for the carrier will not cover the damage if packaging is removed and discarded. Take pictures of all items broken or damaged in its carton before removing.

Returns
All returns and refunds are subject to final approval by Cubicall. A 25% restocking fee may apply depending on the quantity and style of Cubicall being returned.
STOCKED INVENTORY (non-custom): If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, non-custom phone booth orders may be returned within 30 days. Items may be subject to a factory restocking fee of 25% depending on the quantity and style of items being returned. To avoid restocking fees, you may opt to return your original purchase and exchange it for equal or higher value product.
Customers are responsible for returning the item in the original shipping containers and in saleable condition. Credit will be given for the price of the item only. Credit is not issued for shipping charges. If the returned item was a part of a free shipping and handling promotion, the eligible refund amount will be the purchase price minus the shipping cost.
Credits will not be made on items improperly packed and/or insecurely palletized. Credit will be issued once product is received in good condition at the warehouse.
Refused Orders
If an order is refused, shipping charges are nonrefundable and restocking fees will apply. If customer refuses a Shipment, the customer will be charged for shipping charges incurred for returned shipment. The refused package shall remain in the possession of Cubicall LLC. until such time as the customer remits payment for reshipping of the order. If payment is not received within 30 days of the first failed delivery, then the item is forfeited. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Custom orders, special orders are NON-RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once put into production.
International Orders are NON-RETURNABLE. Cubicall LLC. makes every effort to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. We work hard to deliver a superior customer experience.
Items with Free Shipping: Returns on items that included ‘Free Shipping’ will be credited for the item minus the original shipping charges incurred. Restocking fees still apply.
Return Procedure:
In order to process your warranty claim, please follow these procedures so that we may expedite our service to you:
- Notify Cubicall LLC. of the concern with your product(s).
- A Cubicall representative will assist you with processing your claim. If the concern is covered under warranty, Cubicall will direct you to either return the product or will schedule service to repair the product.
- In the event of an authorized return, the return will not be accepted without a “Returned Authorization” number (RA) provided by Cubicall LLC. If an item is shipped without a RA number, Cubicall may refuse the shipment, and shipment costs will be the responsibility of the shipper.
- Credits are processed after Cubicall receives the shipment and product is checked for damages and confirmed to be in resaleable condition.
